GREENFRANCE, from Monday 12 to Thursday 15 October 2026

7th edition of GREENFRANCE, the only professional trade event dedicated to Nature & Adventure tourism in France!

Every two years, GREENFRANCE brings together in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, over four days, regional Nature & Adventure tourism professionals alongside French and international tour operators.

Objectives: to attract and encourage national and international buyers to include the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region in their programs, by showcasing the breadth and quality of its outdoor offering.

This event gathers in one place around twenty exhibitors, regional providers of nature-based tourism experience and around twenty specialist tour operators.

Outdoor activity providers, accommodation operators, destination marketing organization (DMO), incoming agencies… can highlight their offers and experiences, at the heart of exceptional destinations, aligned with the growing demand for slow tourism, heritage discovery, local products and authentic experiences, for which Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes is so rich in.

In addition to the business meetings day, GREENFRANCE gives French and international buyers the opportunity to discover and experience cycling and hiking activities across the region, through fam trips offered by partner destinations ahead of the workshop.

Showcasing the full diversity of the region’s outdoor offering to international professionals is the ambition of GREENFRANCE, organized by Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Tourisme, an event with a unique format that has, over the years, established itself as a must-attend for outdoor tourism professionals .

Key figures from the 2024 edition:

  • 1 day of professional meetings
  • 22 exhibiting companies from the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region
  • 21 international buyers
  • 10 countries represented
  • 460 business meetings
  • 3 educational fam trips departing from Annecy, with cycling discoveries led by tour operators through the Bauges Regional Nature Park, Provençal Drôme, and Ardèche

The program:

The next edition of GREENFRANCE will take place from Monday 12 to Thursday 15 October.
