By accessing and using the Website, users hereby accept the latest on-line version of the present General Terms and Conditions.

1- Description of service

Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Tourisme presents tourist information for Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes on the Website with the goal of informing and assisting tour operators and members of the press.

A search engine is available for users to access lists of service providers as well as various documents and videos.

With reference to the presentation and marketing of holiday offers, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Tourisme acts solely as an intermediary between users and tourism service providers. This intermediary role is provided free of charge by Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Tourisme in order to provide information to clients. Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Tourisme has carefully chosen choosing these tourist offerings, but may in no case be held liable for a tourism provider’s failure to meet a client’s obligations.

2 – Access and Availability

Access to the Website is free to any person wishing to be informed on the tourist offerings of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes destination.

Access to the site is permanent and uninterrupted, except in cases of force majeure or other events beyond the control of Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Tourisme, and is subject to possible technical failures and necessary maintenance for the proper functioning of the Website.

Moreover, due to the nature of the Internet, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Tourisme cannot guarantee that the Website will be available at all times.

6 – Various

In the case where one of the provisions of these General Conditions is deemed as null and void under a present or future legal or regulatory provision, or from a legal decision carrying the authority of res judicata issued by a competent jurisdiction or body, this provision of the contract would be considered void, but all other provisions of the present General Terms and Conditions would remain binding between the Parties.

Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Tourisme reserves the right to unilaterally modify the terms of the present General Terms and Conditions.

The new clauses will govern all future relations between the parties, and only the new version will be valid.

The present General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law both in substance and in form.

In the case of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before bringing a case before the competent jurisdiction.
