Jack had the idea of creating bistro-style risottos as a new type of takeaway meal. Forget sandwiches, pizzas and fatty burgers - the risottos of Jack and Sarah are created in the kitchens at Le Bérénice using fresh, seasonal produce which originates from France wherever possible. This mix of culinary values results in an affordable, simple meal which is packed full of flavour.
