In Chamrousse, many years ago, in an attempt to be autonomous in the face of the large-scale consumption system (which distorts the taste of food), Cécile Masson began to develop recipes based on wild plants from our mountains.
Passionate about the history of the Dauphiné region and the traditional food habits of the Middle Ages, she was inspired by the recipes of the time and adapted them.
The experience accumulated in this process is at the service of the only fundamental element: TASTE.
The success of our recipes with our table d'hôte customers led to the creation of our line of authentic products.
From that moment on, La Prairie dans l'Assiette was born.

Today, the transmission of a know-how is at the heart of our daily life since we have decided to perpetuate and sublimate this profession, a story from mother to daughter.
Aromatic salts, pestos, delicacies, flower preserves, vinegar buds, flavoured oils and sugars... our mountain flowers for the pleasure of your taste buds!
Our wild plant raw material is hand-picked and sustainable.
All the other materials that make up our products are bio-sourced, eco-responsible and in short circuit.

Our products are available for sale at l'Étape du Fanfoué - Chambres d'hôtes or in shops in Chamrousse 1650 - Recoin.
