Description

Juliette Marchal has recently arrived in the region and offers a range of yoga activities in the Bugey Sud area:

Individuals
- Private yoga classes (Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, prenatal and postnatal yoga, senior yoga) in Peyrieu, Belley and surrounding areas (within a 15km radius), Yenne, etc.
- Themed yoga workshops (back yoga, stress management through yoga, prenatal yoga, yoga anatomy, yoga and the season, posture work, etc.).
- Weekend yoga courses (3 times a year, dates and information on the website, "courses" section).

Company
- In-company classes (before starting work in the morning, during lunch breaks, at the end of the day) and participation in company seminars.
- Stress management training for team leaders
