MASSAGE, a passion, a life path that I share with pleasure to help you take care of yourself.

Since 2014 I have created my Relaxation Bubble and my hands untie the tensions and blockages of the body so that finally the spirit is freed, letting the energy flow again to move forward.

Trained in several relaxation and massage techniques from different horizons, I adapt to your needs.

To each his own relaxation:
On a chair, on a table or on the floor, whether it comes from medicine or ancestral practice, each moment is unique.
(Californian, Swedish, Bubble, Tuina, Abhyanga, Nuad bo'rarn, Amma, Reiki or YogaMass...)

All year round, we are at your disposal for solo or duo massages.

- YogaMass - When massage accompanies yoga. I intervene as needed in order to unblock and help to become aware of the body's blockages.
Group classes in the Salle Mauve in Valmorel:
- Tuesday from 9.20am to 10.20am
- Friday from 9.20am to 10.20am
On reservation only, limited places.

Opening

All year round, daily between 10 am and 8 pm.
