Description

Vatel trains future senior managers for the international Tourist and Hotel industry.

Its teaching principles are based on structured and controlled alternation between university theory and professional experience.

Called to manage professionals in the hospitality and under the supervision of their teachers, they familiarise themselves with reception, service and culinary techniques in the Vatel restaurant.

In a pleasant dining room decorated with great names of French gastronomy, they offer a classic and delicious cuisine. Their specialities: a variety of foie gras over the seasons and a mouth-watering dessert trolley.

Opening

All year round
Opening hours on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 12 pm and 1 pm and between 8 pm and 9.30 pm.
Closed exceptionally on January 1st, Easter Monday, Feast of the Ascension, Whit Monday, May 1st, May 8th, July 14th, August 15th, November 1st, November 11th and December 25th.
