At the Tourist Office, we offer the following services:
- Customer information
- Provision of tourist brochures
- Registration for free events organised by the Tourist Office
- A shop with a range of Val Thorens, Service des Pistes products: water bottles, posters, boxer shorts, water bottles, hats, headbands, neck warmers, ski socks, hiking and mountain bike maps.

From 25/11/2023 to 05/05/2024, daily between 8.45 am and 7 pm.

From 27/05 to 05/07/2024
Opening hours on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday between 9 am and 12.15 pm and between 1.30 pm and 5.30 pm. On Friday between 9 am and 12 pm and between 2 pm and 5 pm.
Closed Saturday and Sunday.

From 06/07 to 30/08/2024
Opening hours daily between 8 am and 12 pm and between 2 pm and 6 pm.

From 31/08 to 22/11/2024
Opening hours on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday between 9 am and 12.15 pm and between 1.30 pm and 5.30 pm. On Friday between 9 am and 12 pm and between 2 pm and 5 pm.
Closed Saturday and Sunday.
Closed exceptionally on November 1st and November 11th.
