Runs :
- Family (green leve, discovery) : children from 10 years old. The lesson starts in a waterbody in order to learn the techniques with swimming fins, the techniques of "eskimo roll", the changes of direction, etc... You will also learn sign languages used on the river. After you start your descent in the river. 2h to 2h30 of coverage / 1h30 of activity.

- Classic (blue level, initiation) : children from 12 years old. The lesson starts in a waterbody in order to learn the basics. After you will be swimming in the river for a descent punctuated with rapids (class IV), and big waves. 3h to 3h30 of coverage / 2h30 of activity. It is also possible to do a shorter run and more sportive : 2h to 2h30 of coverage and 1h30 of activity.

- Sportive (red level, improvement) : teenagers from 14 years old. The lesson starts in a waterbody in order to go back to basics, next, you will be swimming in the river for a descent punctuated with rapids (Class IV), and big waves. 3h to 3h30 of coverage / 2h30 of activity.

Equipment needed : swimming suit, towel
Equipment included : neoprene suit, neoprene socks, helmet and life jacket.
Information : It's necessary to know how to swim 25 meters and dive.
