Yoga allows you to find harmony between body and mind: listening to your body allows you to relax the mind, reduce stress and restore balance to return to Self.
Sanskriti offers courses adapted to all levels and for all ages. They are given in two rooms, in simplicity and conviviality, with a true culture of teaching and sharing. In summer, nature itself becomes a "third room": lessons can take place outside, near the river and the forest.
