Huilerie Beaujolaise makes twelve types of virgin oils as well as two kinds of maceration and pressure oils. Nine different types of fruit vinegars are also made using their own recipes.
Over the years, Jean-Marc Montegottero has won the confidence of the greatest french and foreign chefs who have become ambassadors for his outstanding products.

Huilerie Beaujolaise is more than just a shop. It is a place of discovery for taste and gastronomy. This is where you can taste fruit oils and vinegars and discover a selection of fine products such as Italian pasta, Beaujolais honeys, Burgundy spirits, etc.

Opening

Open from Tue. to Sat.: 9:15 AM-1 PM and 2 PM-7 PM. Closed on bank holidays and the first 2 weeks of Jan.
