The residence offers flats from 2- to 4-room studio flats for 9 people with balcony.

The price includes :
In winter :
- Bed linen
- The external car park
- Access to the residence's heated indoor swimming pool
- Cleaning at the end of the stay included (except kitchen)

In summer :
- Tourist tax
- Bed linen
- Access to the heated indoor swimming pool
- Children's entertainment for children aged 4-11 years (5 half days per week) during the summer school holidays
- Hikes (+16 years old) with a guide (2 half-day hikes per person from 5 years old and per stay) during the school holidays in the summer period.
