Description
Day 1: Departure from the Plateau d'Assy church. Climb to Passy Plaine-Joux via the Nant Bordon footbridge. Then reach Lac Vert and take the 4×4 track to the Châtelet d'Ayères refuge. Overnight stay at the Châtelet d'Ayères refuge. Walking time: 2h10 - 450D+.
Day 2: Departure from Châtelet d'Ayères towards Ayères des Perrières. Then down to Plaine-Joux via Barmus. Finally, join the Plateau d'Assy on the path that passes under Guébriant. 2h10 - 250D+ 700D-
Swimming prohibited in high-altitude lakes.
