Description

The guide is first and foremost a pedagogue who makes you aware of the walking activity, by adapting his practice to your physical capacities and by advising you on how to improve your practice to be more comfortable and enjoy it.
He's then an initiator who gives you keys to understanding the environment around you. He does it in a practical and fun way, by sharing his knowledge of the fauna, flora and his culture of the mountain environment where he was often born and which he has been sporting for a very long time.
By taking charge of a group, it ensures its security (weather, progress, navigation, first aid).

Hiking with a Mountain Guide is the assurance of learning, having fun, understanding and improving.

A hiking program is planned during summer school holidays but you can contact the "bureau montagne" throughout the year if you wish to be accompanied on an outing.
The program is available at the Tourist Office from the start of the season. Registrations take place at the Tourist Office, number of places limited.

The Medium Mountain Guide has a diploma in mountaineering status - Medium Mountain Guide.

For your hikes, remember to provide the necessary equipment: Small backpack, water, (snack for children), closed shoes, windbreaker, hat, sunglasses.

We also invite you to consult the program of the Bureau des Guides d'Aussois: http://www.guides-savoie.com/
