Description

BIKER 1 :
- Mountain biking course for 5-9 year-olds from 9.30am to 12pm, learning the basics of mountain biking to improve and progress on increasingly technical terrain.

BIKER 2 :
- MTB course for 10-12 year-olds from 9.30am to 12.30pm, perfecting basic techniques and an introduction to downhill riding with the instructor's advice.

BIKER 3 :
- MTB course for over 12s and adults from 1.30 p.m. to 5.00 p.m., 3 hours downhill, learning and perfecting basic downhill techniques.

DOWNHILL :
- Mountain bike course for over 18s

Opening

All year round, daily between 9 am and 6.30 pm.
