Description

To savour the wonders of the Alps, head for the Hôtel Mont-Blanc,
a mythical boutique-hotel located on the main square in the heart of
Megève. This elegant and cosy setting is an invitation to enjoy a clever
combination of traditional mountain dishes from Italy, Savoy and
Switzerland: risotto with Termignon blue cheese and alpine saffron, lamb
Matafan with Fontina cheese polenta, linguine flavoured in a wheel of
Beaufort cheese with crispy bacon or a “half and half” Swiss fondue with
Vacherin cheese. Absolutely irresistible! Just as tempting, the dessert
trolley evokes sweet childhood memories in a display of blueberry tart,
Savoy cake, soft meringue with praline and creamy puddings made
with milk from the alpine pastures. A true taste of the Alps.
