L’ Auberge des Canuts is a true Lyonnais restaurant. With 25 years of experience, Romain VERICEL and his team offer traditional Lyonnais cuisine made on-site from raw, local, and seasonal products. The service “à la lyonnaise” is friendly, efficient, and convivial. The establishment is located in the heart of Vieux-Lyon (Old city), at the foot of the Saint-Jean Cathedral, and offers a view of a part of the Basilique de Fourvière. You will appreciate the authentic setting with exposed stones, French-style beams, trinkets, vintage bar, and the superb wine cellar.
