L'Office de Tourisme propose les services suivants :
- WIFI gratuit,
- documentations sur les sites touristiques à découvrir,
- vente de livres de randonnées (carte IGN, la Haute-Savoie à pied...),
- vente de posters et de la médaille souvenir d'Annecy de la Monnaie de Paris,
- vente des cartes de bus du réseau de la SIBRA,
- vente des billets de visites guidées de la vieille ville
Tout au long de l'année, nombreuses billetteries de spectacles, concerts, croisières sur le lac, excursions en autocar dans la région, découverte d'Annecy en bus panoramique...
