For 18 years, chef Nicolas Colin has been serving traditional French dishes (foie gras, scallop carpaccio with summer truffles, duck tartar with mango, veal tomahawk with cep mushrooms, frogs' legs, sweetbreads with morel mushrooms, etc.) as well as all the Savoyard specialities, selecting his products with great care.
