The Omblèze gorges are a privileged playground for discovery, hiking and climbing enthusiasts. The Gueulards canyon, one of our favorite itineraries, offers a unique immersion experience.
The Gervanne River flows peacefully through the site before dashing off at Saut de la Druise, while the surrounding area invites you to swim (Drôme, Roanne), stroll or relax near Lac de Bouvante.

At the table, our 100% home-cooked cuisine, 80% sourced from Drôme-Ardèche producers, showcases local produce: lamb cooked on the spit, carefully prepared vegetarian dishes, fish and meat from local producers, and our friture de petites truitelles, the Moulin's signature speciality for over 30 years.
Our bar also offers cocktails (with or without alcohol) and hot drinks to prolong shared moments.
