Description

Half a day to discover this highly successful discipline! You will be accompanied and advised by Alvin LAIR, elite rider of Team LEPAPE / RAIDLIGHT, on a route with a very varied profile and ideal for this practice! Don't worry, this outing is not a race! The objective is to discover the discipline at your own pace, through the advice of a professional!


Level: 1/4 Easy, on the entire varied terrain of the Alpe d'Huez lakes (used to running once or twice a week)

For this trail outing, you must buy your ski lift pass before the time of the appointment; a cash desk is located right next to the guides office.

To take with you: flask or water pocket for hydration Something to nibble on to avoid hypoglycemia, and a pair of running or trail shoes if you have.
