From production to maturing, between tradition and modernity... the gestures, the know-how, the passion make the specificity of the 8 cheeses of Savoie under the signs of quality AOP and IGP.
Discussions with the mediator will allow you to discover all the subtleties of these exceptional cheeses, as well as some advice on how to cut the cheeses, compose a platter, cook them or even taste them.

Opening hours on Tuesday between 6 pm and 7 pm. On Wednesday between 1.30 pm and 2.30 pm. On Friday between 9 am and 10 am.
