Description
"It all starts with the discovery of the secrets of the working methods of a vineyard in organic farming. Then, through his exhibition of old tools, Jean-Jacques takes you on a journey through history, the great one, and that of his ancestors who have been winegrowers in Ternand since 1600!
You will discover old vine tools, from the Middle Ages to the 20th century, which retrace the epic story of the vineyards before and after the phylloxera. A cooperage workshop also awaits you. Not forgetting the current vatting house: production and vinification according to very modern methods but which respect tradition and are committed to sustainable production.
A commented tasting, with Cabrions des Monts du Beaujolais will allow you to open, serve and taste the white, rosé or red wine of the domain, while admiring the farming tools of the 1900s. »
