Picking in the garden: explore, touch, smell... Nghièm explains what you can put in your basket (not everything is edible). Green plants, herbs, flowers... some species are cultivated, others are perennials that come back every year, and still others are spontaneous guests. A whole story just a stone's throw from the kitchen. The harvest is used to prepare fragrant waffles: a savory workshop, a sweet workshop. A short introduction to the marriage of flavors. Recipe preparation, baking in a wood-fired oven in the garden and tasting for young and old.
