L'Échatel offers a traditional menu with culinary twists. In the kitchen, our passionate chef prides himself on simple, committed savoir-faire. We take pride in selecting and working with regional produce, most of which is 100% home-made.
Our dishes evolve with the seasons, and we also favor local sourcing. A menu of the day is also offered every weekday lunchtime. A terrace protected for the comfort of our customers will open for the summer season.
