Description

Marc, a cook for 25 years, prepares seasonal products with passion. It offers local mountain cuisine from here and elsewhere, homemade and quality dishes adapted to your desires and diets. Come and taste its generous and gourmet cuisine in this green and natural setting at an altitude of 870m, on the terrace, overlooking the hills or by the fire when the snow arrives. The inn, like a refuge at the foot of the Cantal mountains, is a warm and friendly place in the heart of the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Natural Park. It is also intended to be a cultural place with evening concerts, storytelling, conferences, exhibitions… Culinary workshops with Marc.

Cultural, artistic and well-being space in the yurt: yoga, dance, singing....
On site: Nordic bath, mountain bike and snowshoe rental, hiking support.
Some dishes: Buckwheat crumble with St-Flour lentils and candied vegetables, Organic Ferrandais veal blanquette with seasonal vegetables, Stuffed cabbage, Truffade, Homemade Bourriols blue cheese sauce, Indian-style local poultry curry, candied loin ribs to the wild thyme in the garden.
