Description
From the Savoyard dialect, "alpage" evokes the mountains and their meadows, the altitude and valleys, the grandeur of the natural summits. Jean-Rémi Caillon's heritage as a peasant chef inspires a sensitive homage to winter and the majesty of the Alps.
The chef naturally composes his palette of dishes according to the season, seduced by the fruits of our valleys' vegetable gardens, fishing, hunting and the surrounding livestock.
As a chef-gatherer, the bouquets of the mountain pastures of Courchevel invite themselves to the table and complete his basket of inspirations.
At the Michelin Guide 2024 ceremony, the Alpage restaurant and its teams were awarded a star for the Alpage restaurant, which has been open at the Hotel Annapurna since December 2023.
