Those looking for a sweet treat while out shopping can stop off and recharge their batteries with a delicious Valrhona hot chocolate or Aix & Terra tea, with homemade cakes and pastries: biscuit with organic basil olive oil and a creamy filling, Aix & Terra lemon cream, baked apple with caramel and Aix & Terra Camargue fleur de sel or the comforting mousse made with Valrhona chocolate and Aix & Terra iced chestnuts.
