Entreprise et Découverte is the national association of company tours. She as three goals :

to communicate through its reference website http://www.entrepriseetdecouverte.fr , traditional media, social media and guides, and particularly the Guide du Routard de la Visite d’Entreprise industrial tourism guide.

It is possible to visit many companies in the region, for example the Cité de la Chaussure in Romans-sur-Isère :

 Romans, the historical capital of the shoe industry, was a world leader for several decades, before its industry was massively relocated to emerging countries.

Since 2010, new artisanal workshops have been set up and have revived this activity.

Symbol of this revival, the Cité de la Chaussure offers in one place shoe manufacturing workshops, a shoe store entirely made in Romans and guided tours of the workshops.

These tours allow you to discover the secrets of shoe manufacturing; they are offered in several languages (French, English and Italian) and take place all year round, alone, with the family or in groups.
