Simple and generous, our cuisine is composed of classic dishes and recipes of grandmothers such as egg mayo, leek vinaigrette, beef bourguignon or sausage puree. Not to mention childhood desserts such as rice pudding, lost brioche or baba with rum, at prices accessible to all.
