"It's beautiful to shine only to shine". These words are from Thomas Aquinas, a contemporary of the creation of the Château, whose year of birth, 1217, serves as the patronymic for the restaurant, as if to qualify its essential role in today's Bagnols experience.
Luminous, indeed, the cuisine of the cookers plays on purity and colour, the love of the product and the terroir revisited with a liveliness of season that transcends the decor and the gastronomy as we know it. A pure pleasure to discover in the majestic Guard Room or on the panoramic terrace overlooking the country of the Golden Stones. The setting of the Château de Bagnols, its terroir, its aromatic garden, are the ideal playground for the Chef, tracking down the truth of the product with the finesse and apparent lightness of an accomplished artist.
