Henri Guérin exhibition in Firminy
The works of Henri Guérin comprise more than 600 stained glass items all over the world, in religious buildings, civil structures and private homes. Three of these important works in the artist's career are highlighted as part of the LUMIÈRE[S] exhibition in Firminy until 3rd March 2019. The exhibition gives pride of place to the diversity of works by Henri Guérin. It is shown as a triptych representing three elements of his designs: Faith, studio Work and Nature. Henri Guérin is one of few glassmaking artists to have designed and produced his stained-glass works from start to finish, from drawings to installation.
