The concept is simple: take a walk through the woods to ‘Be’ rather than ‘Do’ and enjoy the moment just for you. Allow yourself to be guided through the different species of trees to find yourself: you are invited to discover the benefits of tree therapy where calm and serenity are guaranteed.
The session uses the 5 senses to fully experience the greenery.
Camille Courbion, a mountain guide and yoga teacher, offers short guided meditations and workshops for ‘forest bathing’. Originating in Japan, Shirin Yoku has been recognised as a preventive medicine since 1982. It has a government department and over 60 sites in the country offering tree therapy.
