The Restaurant Georges Blanc forms part of the George Blanc complex in Vonnas which also includes a five star hotel and health spa on the Banks of the River Veyle. The restaurant is internationally famous for its fine dining experience. Specialities include Bressan chicken with champagne and foie-gras sauce and traditional frog’s legs in parsley. The Restaurant Georges Blanc is open at lunchtime from Thursday to Monday and every evening except Sundays from the first of February to the end of December and can cater for 120 patrons in 3 separate air-conditioned dining rooms.
