10.30 am: A demonstration of Tomme de Savoie and Sérac cheese production in front of the chalet.
Midday: Entertainment over lunch with Patrick DEGLISE on the accordion:
‘Alpage’ buffet with a selection of salads
Savoie cake and a raspberry cream.

2 pm: Shepherd’s walk with the farm manager
3.30 pm: Milking of goats and cows by hand
5 pm: The story of Pépé Nicolas, told by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren
6 pm: Musical entertainment with Patrick Deglise
7.30 pm: Evening meal:
Sérac cheese to share
Barbecued local ‘diot’ sausages with a sweet and sour sauce and mashed potato
Saffron and apricot confit sorbet
Ice-cream for children.

10 pm: Fireworks in front of the Péclet Polset glacier
